Inside the Lumina Conexus Mastermind: Breakthroughs, Courage, and Connection

I just got back to Norway after four days in Portugal with my Lumina Conexus Mastermind, and I’m still buzzing from the energy and breakthroughs we created.

This wasn’t a retreat. It wasn’t a getaway. This was an intensive. The kind of experience where every layer gets stripped back. Where you confront your deepest fears, break through resistance, and leave behind anything that holds you back from fully stepping into your mission.

Back in 2017, I wrote in my journal about creating a mastermind of visionary women from around the globe—women who are driven to solve some of the world’s biggest problems.

I wrote about how we’d meet virtually and gather once a year in person for an experience so deep, it would change everything. 

Today, that vision has come to life. And I sometimes wonder how I even got invited to lead a group like this.

Leading this mastermind is an honor. I get to ask the tough questions. I get to hold a mirror to their blind spots and help them see their own brilliance. 

I get to watch them step into their power—transforming what they thought was impossible into reality.

The women who join Lumina Conexus are bold, courageous, and deeply committed to changing the world. They know that in order to create systemic change, they must be willing to do the inner work. They must push themselves to the edges of what they think they can handle—and then go further.
