There is no such thing as "the right time"

Sep 17, 2024

There is a big mission deep inside of you.

There’s something you’re itching to bring to life in the world… but you can’t seem to make the time for it.

You’re so busy with the day-to-day that you’ve lost touch with the legacy you’re here to leave, but you know it’s there… somewhere…

You feel restless… and it’s frustrating you and eroding your confidence.

Does this sound like you?

If so, you’re not alone.

I know this story, and I’ve coached many women who experience this too. I know how it can eat away at you, leaving you feeling insecure, doubting your own ability.

And I also know that there’s no “right time” to take action and change your story.

You see, we need your fierce vision. You have ideas and solutions the world needs.

It’s time to jump

We can learn a lot from the world’s response to Covid19. Overnight, organizations moved from boardrooms to dining rooms and even to laundry rooms.

What happened? We took ACTION. We simply had to jump. There was no time to think about what’s not in place yet — no time to say, “When we have this, we’ll finally do that.”

The world took a big leap!

You and I did the same.

We jumped.

We turned homes into offices, classrooms, gyms, yoga studios, and even labs. We transitioned into virtual rooms — Zoom, Team, Whereby — not only for work, but for happy hours, family dinners, choir practice, everything.

Yes, we were overwhelmed and underwhelmed all at the same time.

And, we were in a “new normal.”

So, imagine: the time is, once again, now.

Not tomorrow.

Not when there is more time, money, or diplomas.

Now, with what you already have.

A note to you from me

I care so much about calling fierce visionary leaders forward because it saves lives — others and our own!

Throughout my life, I’ve seen incredible innovation come from women being clear about what they’re fighting for and stepping forward. Personally, I’ve brought unique solutions to the medical world through fighting for my son’s life, after he was diagnosed with Hurler Syndrome — and I’ve supported countless women in bringing their ideas and innovations forward, transforming the world in the process.

If I had chosen to hold back instead, my son and many other children would not have lived longer, happier lives.

What impact could you make?

We need you.

With love,

Rita
